Ask about community priorities, supervision, capacity, and whether the organization is interested in developing a project. A promising idea needs a host that can support both the work and the person doing it.

Record each program's current requirements and source link. Work backward from its confirmed deadline to host conversations, references, a project outline, drafts, and review time.
